▎Bio
Attorney Chu Ti served as a prosecutor for over 10 years, having worked in the Anti-Corruption and Major Financial Crimes Division at the Taipei District Prosecutors Office, as well as a prosecutor in the Major Criminal Cases Division, Protecting Women and Children’s Division at the New Taipei and Taoyuan District Prosecutors Offices. She specializes in major financial crimes, corruption cases, women and children’s cases, and various types of criminal cases. During her time as a public servant, she handled multiple cases involving violations of the Company Act, stock price manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, and corruption by public officials. While serving as a prosecutor at the Taipei District Prosecutors Office, she was selected for the U.S. Department of State’s 2022 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) due to her collaboration with U.S. judicial authorities on a transnational prostitution ring case.
Throughout her 12-year career, Attorney Chu has handled tens of thousands of cases across various legal fields. She has also been invited to deliver legal lectures and participate as a guest speaker at various organizations and radio stations. She has extensive practical experience in criminal investigations and prosecutions, and is highly skilled in handling criminal, civil, and various commercial financial cases.

▎Bio
Yu-Han Chen graduated from the Department of Law at National Chengchi University, Taiwan, and passed both the Judicial and Bar Exams in the same year. He pursued an LL.M. degree at National Taiwan University, focusing on constitutional law (privacy, freedom of speech) and administrative law. After completing his graduate studies, he attended the 52nd Class of the Academy for the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice, Taiwan, where he trained as a judge.
Chen has served as a judge in the Taiwan Taipei District Court and the Taiwan Hualien District Court, presiding over labor, civil, criminal, summary, and administrative litigation cases. With over 10 years of judicial experience, he has adjudicated more than 5,000 cases and issued over 4,000 judgments. He has also led hundreds of labor mediation cases.
In addition to his judicial responsibilities, Chen has served on the Self-Discipline Committee and the Performance Evaluation Committee for Judges, worked as a review committee member for the Legal Aid Foundation’s Hualien Branch, and delivered lectures and speeches at various companies, government agencies, and radio stations. He is actively involved in public service and education. He also teaches constitutional and administrative law at GET Education Institute. He is the author of several publications, including Illustrated Administrative Law (I & II) and Illustrated Legal Code – Administrative Law (GET Publication 高點出版).
